If we are talking about a Holley 94, you are wrong. The accelerator pump discharges through a "squirter" located between the 2 venturi. The main jets discharge through the two nozzles located in the middle of each venturi. The two systems are totally separate. I think you are causing the confusion.

Correct. The Stromberg carbs discharge the pump shot out of the "J" nozzles, which also discharge fuel when the power valve opens.

Ford/Holley 94 type carbs have an independent accel pump circuit that gets the fuel supply from a hole in the bowl, and not the main jets.
