The article I saw is in Rodder's Journal #36 "The Ultimate Hot Rod Obsession" page 76. It gives the history of the "Divco" wheel, the urban legend about its origin and its uses over the years. Plenty of color photographs showing its use on everything from a lakester to hot rods, pickup truck and a trailer. This article would be a good starting point for anyone wanting to get up on the "Divco" learning curve.
