Since you have an address, have ya maybe considered having some guy named LUIGI stop-by for a friendly visit.....seriously? Or even the sheriff.......he might be interested because of the amount of money involved. DD

I only like to think that guys like this and other scammers that many on here have mentioned in there past will have their day, and what goes around comes around.

I am sorry you of all people got ripped off. These are the types of folks that ruin things for those of us who choose to trust and treat folks accordingly. By the way, simply because there is a tracking number and it shows the package was delivered no way is proof it was delivered correctly. Unfortunately, the package can be dropped off three streets over,, the carrier swipes the bar code as "delivered" and it's a done deal. In your case, it is quite apparent you dealt6 with a dirt ball. However, folks need to realize "tracking" is NO guarantee the package got to the addressed person.

I would think since its interstate commerce fraud that perhaps you should contact the Office of the Postal Inspector.

Mike,
I do agree and this was a huge lesson learned for me. This easily could have been a delivery mistake and I wouldn't be so upset. But, in this case when dealing with a scumbag had I simply required signature he could have not gotten away with it. I usually would require a signature but was requested not to. Shane on me and shame on him. |

So very sorry to hear your story. Being manipulated in any deal is just wrong. As long as you have his address you might as well have that 2 tons of rotted manure delivered to his driveway.

I am curious if this deal involved early Ford parts? I hope I don't end up dealing with this character...or think he is "one of us". Neal |

No, only to be verified...I used my daughters PP account when buying/selling. Her account is linked to a checking account, once funds are in her account, we transfer to another account. We never used her ATM card number for anything, just the checking account we set it up for. This was maybe 8 or 9 months ago, things may have changed now? |

So sorry you got taken. Paypal, (and Ebay etc.) buyers make these companies work so great protection for buyer, but very little protection for seller. A seller must ship with signature required or it's a risk.
PS, do not post this bastard's name. You don't need a defamation suit on top of everything else. |

with signature required can't anyone sign for it? and worse......sign any name?.....or is it required that the person named on the delivery ticket be the only one to sign?
