A couple of months ago I bought a kit off ebay for sloppy hinges. The kit includes a 3/8 drill to drill out your hinges, new sleeves, pins, and a threaded bolt to press in the sleeves. I haven't installed them yet, but looks well made and could solve your problem if the hole you drill ends up oversize.

hey tommy i installed them about a week ago, fit good, alls i needed was the cowl part to the hinges and they came with the hardware to mount. and they fit perfectly into the original door hinge

scratch that. now i remember they did not come with the mounting hardware, but did come drilled and tapped. sorry bout that...
