Saying good by
I want to let you guy's know it's been a pleasure swapping information over the last few years. I don't know any of you personally' but I feel like I do. You all treated me with respect and helped me with my restoration projects on my 41. I am no longer owner of a classic car, just sold my last one last week. Not able to keep them because the old body is in need repairs itself. Good luck to everyone of you. I'll keep checking back once in a while just to see what's going on,

Even though you don't have any more old Fords you may be able to help somebody that is new to the hobby. Your knowledge is very valuable and what you know cannot always be found in a book. Keep your mind active and check in often as you are still a valued member.

Couldn't have said it better! At 86, and having survived a total hip replacement, which meant I could no longer drive my convertible (a 1947) which I have owned for over 25 years, the time is here to place it in the hands of someone who will love and care for it as I have.

I'm hoping that you stay around and participate - we appreciate all the input from the guys who have been doing this longer than many of us have been alive. Best of luck on your "repairs".

You may not physically have a car, but you’re like all of us, it’s in your blood, and in the back your mind all day long. Be well!

Re: Saying good by
No need to check out. Car ownership is not a prerequisite of forum membership. Just having an interest is enough. And not being a fool.

Best of luck to you no matter what you decide, but staying on the barn would certainly be an asset to the rest of us. God Bless You and Yours.
