I have read lots of your posts but don't remember seeing a picture of your 36. I like it, neat looking truck.

Re: My 36 Pickup
Love your truck. Leave it as is. Mine still has original paint. Never have to worry about rock chips and scratches.

Re: My 36 Pickup
That’s a really sweet truck. My friend's ‘37 that I take care of and store for him belonged to his father, also a local painter. He bought it from the local dealer in the next town from me in 1937.
I agree with you 100%, “I'm just going to leave it as is.” |

Re: My 36 Pickup
That truck is rolling history, every bump and bruise gives it a unique character, enjoy it.

Re: My 36 Pickup
Talkwrench: What about a close-up of the pinstripe showing its location. It should be 5/8" below the belt mold on the 35. Nice old work truck. Mine was made from umpteen different trucks so it would have looked like Dollie Parten's coat if I had not painted it. LOL

Re: My 36 Pickup
Here is another picture of your 1936 Ford Pick-Up when it was on display at the Grand Nationals, Lake Tahoe back in 2013. |

Re: My 36 Pickup
That was a glorious morning in Tahoe. But it started off with some rowdy groundskeepers.
There were scoundrels around every pine tree! Turn the sound down first... https://youtu.be/-QhiPNJV3Rg
