well learned the hard way I bought these right after I bought my 34 roadster as they where missing I bought these from Texas saying he had a pair seen a pic but not knowing exactually what they looked like ( yea I know should of researched first) paid him trusting his word what they were only to find out after I paid he did not have them in hand yet and they where coming from over the pond thats when I started to worry and sure enough not for US body are these even for a 34 roadster made over the pond or did I pay quite abit for who knows what.

U.S. 33-34 in pic . The lower portion that has 2 5/16 fine tapped holes { only one is used } that bolts to the side rail & gives much greater strength is missing on yours ????? . This is important !! The upper part on yours doesn't exactly match up either .

What you have are Australian brackets they sit higher because of the wood floor .Here are the correct ones ,and the Roadster /Phaeton A pillar support bracket .
