I have looked thru catalogs and cannot find front and rear fenders for 31 wide bed closed cab pickup. Also checked Rootlieb. Are 31 car front fenders the same?
Who sells these fenders? Thank you in advance. |

The only rear fenders available are fiberglass. Fronts are the same as cars but
the new ones take some work to get them to fit right. Bob |

CarlG, It was a test to see if anyone was paying
attention. You passed the rear fender class 101. |

But what about the Fibreglass reproductions? Do they fit more correctly and are they easier to install than the steel fenders? |

When I did my 31 Roadster P/U, I used fiberglass fronts and they fit like a glove, just had to drill the mounting holes. I bought Steel rear fenders and didn't have any trouble bolting them on either

Look at Wescott's site. The best fiberglass fenders made.

I plan to make a set from standard truck fenders by cutting a section from center of fender and welding back together.

I used coupe/ roadster rear fenders on the huckster I did. I mounted the fenders and cut them in half, down the middle, cut the middle out (after measuring the distance they stuck out from the running board) and welded them back together.
