Default 34 Ford coupe roof insulation

I'm looking for ideas on what type of insulation to use and how to attach it to the inside of my 5 window coupe with stock soft roof, chicken wire, and wood ribs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hotrod shops have a tinfoil type insulation that is the right thickness and works well .
