Default Re: Before and After – The Sad Story of the Packard Plant

I have been there, to the Packard plant and many other once beautiful buildings and neighborhoods and it is very sad what happened to the city. I was born in Redford, a town next to Detroit. I still live in the Detroit area. It is very unfortunate what happened in Detroit but after the riots it was left to crumble. It is coming back, but very slowly. The biggest problem is that everyone left Detroit, moved out to the suburbs and left the city. It will be back I think, hopefully in my lifetime.
