We have a couple of very dear grandchildren who have begun demonstrating early teen-age "shenenagins" (to put it mildly) after being practically angels in all their earlier years. All those years of care and love and they turn around and s___ on you. I know how you feel.

They had no interest in our A at all so we had no chance there. The magnitism and excitement of following after the twisted behavior of school peers. Nearly impossible to counter it.
