Not a project, but back when i worked on Jags and Maseratis' a customer complained of a persistant door rattle when taking turns --inside was a 2" flatwasher , on a string, attached to the window channel--it would swing and hit the door pillar when she turned a sharp corner !! Some Italian was laughing like hell at us i'm sure.
