Years ago some guys did a 1932 Chevy roadster body ,,,new steel ..and to this day i have never seen a nicer job then what those guys did. To bad it was on a Chevy...

The point really is ....

Whoever owns a car or any other property has the right to do
with it as they please .....

That includes rodding it, renting it out to movie production companies,
selling it to someone who does not appreciate the historical significance
of it ......
