I probably shouldn't post this here but someone else started it. I'm building a Model a engine right now for a friend, counter balanced crank, .060 bore. one of Pete's reground cams, 6.1 head, downdraft intake with a 94 carb, lightened the 62# flywheel to 38#and had it redrilled for a 9in. V8 clutch. It's going in a restored 30 roadster. Walt

Hello Walt, Do not know if you have heard of Bill Stipe but he has some of the best cams for 4 bangers around. His 26 rds pu flathead showed over 30 hp on the dyno last summer on a national tour. He also has some sort of process to put an insert into the combustion chamber of a head.

Yes I have heard Bill Stipe, I haven't had any dealing with him. He has a good rep. I belong to the Secrets of Speed Society, all 4 bagger stuff. I buld alot of A&B engines along with my flatheads. Walt
