Default Re: '39 Zephyr Good News-Bad News...

How’s this for luck…
A few years ago a bunch of us Flathead guys helped a friend of ours clean out his shop and move a bunch of Flathead related parts ( from complete cars down to nuts and bolts)as he was closing his business for health related reasons. While going through myriad boxes of parts I came across some Lincoln Zephyr parts and asked if I could buy them. He told me that I could have them for helping with the cleanup. On subsequent occasions I did purchase a bunch of other parts from him, but the parts he gave me included a complete NOS HV-12 plug wire loom, a mint '39 LZ horn button and an NOS rear transmission mount (see photos).

I had almost forgotten about the transmission mount but found it stashed away with other as yet not needed to be put to use Zephyr parts. Now if I could only find an NOS transmission… Do ya hear me Santa???
