This is in fact a basically original 36 Ford pickup, NOT A 37. Can anyone enlighten me about how this brace came to be on a 36 PU? I have pictures of two different pickups with this brace. One May 36 and the other very near the end of 36 production. Darn if old Henry can't keep us mystified. lol
Lawson, I still have a 35 & 36 pickup and they do not have that brace. I also have two extra beds setting here, and no brace on them. I have seven freinds here in Santa Rosa with 35-36 pickups, and after reading your first post, checked these pickups out. None of them had this 37 style brace on them. This is a new one on me, i hope you can find some info on this, i would also like to know....Ed
