Well, not quite so sure about this.
Motorcraft and Autolite brand parts are alive and well. Ford makes a HUGE profit on parts and service , as compared to actually selling cars. And those brands are the key.

I Googled it and AI said 'No, they are not going anywhere and are not in bankruptcy.'

I think what is happening is yes, they will stop making those spark plugs there is very little market for them but the entity as a whole is quite sound
Somebody jumped the gun and got overly excited.
Most guys run Champions anyway....Nothing to be 'worried' about here.
