WHN Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2017 Location: Connecticut Shoreline Posts: 2,067	Re: Head Removal: Tips 'n Tricks This has worked for me. Remove distributor, fan belt, and upper water hose. Remove all of the head bolts. Now hit the starter. Compression should pop head up. Enjoy.
