Pretty sure Holley offers a system to fit the 2G Rochester base, and that's same as the flathead Merc intake uses. No adapter needed for that.

I'd be willing to bet that any system they make would match a large base 2G; the Merc's are the same as the small base 2G. I did find a couple of sources for 2300 to small base 2G adapters. (Large base to small base 2G adapters are problematic as the bolt patterns are quite close.)
