Are you using "ethanol" fuel?? As Jay above mentioned, your rubber feed hose from the firewall to the fuel pump "might" not be rated for Ethanol fuel and or is effects on the rubber. As Tubman stated, replace your cork fuel bowl gasket.....AND double check and make sure you have all of your fuel line connections tight, IF not they will pull vacuum and reduce pressure.
