Anywhere from slightly less than 5:1 on a stock 32 engine up to slightly more than 7:1 on a stock 53 engine. Typically between 6 and 7 to 1.

The best commonly available stock Ford heads with center water outlet are the 59 A-B heads and the best 8BA era heads are the EAB heads.
