If you have the1935-36 Ford book, there is a picture of it on p70. It is part #68-16554.
I have been told this was often not put back on by mechanics because it was such a pain in the butt to get back on after they completed work. If you have to work on the ditributer or other parts in that area, this has to be taken off. It is called a radiator shield, used to direct air towards the radiator. I bought one and can attest that it was a real pain to get it on. Maybe it was not made quite to specs because the holes just wouldn't line up no matter what I did. terry |
