That is GR8 news. Now, I hope the Pertronix doesn't fail for you like some I know of have. No replacing simple parts here. When it quits, it is done .........

True, but out of 3 of my cars I installed them on- I have had no failures...as of yet. :-)
and to be honest I believe I could replace the Pertronix module without pulling the dist.
Could I do that with points...??? I kinda doubt it.
