I've heard this before, but would really like somebody to explain how you get enrichment under a medium to heavy load with stock size main jets and no power system ? I'm not saying it won't work, but just confusing to me.

I've talked with Charlie about this. I do not agree with blocking the power valves. You will tend to run richer than wanted at low power modes which is where 90% of your driving.
