Trying to get to the button under the ring. The horns work (removed and hotwired) but, when re-installed, they don't. It appears that the wire from the horn relay to the horn button has been pulled out.

The entire assembly comes off as one piece. In other words, the stainless ring and spokes as well as the button.
Once you have this assembly removed, you will quickly see how the button is held in the ring. Easy to remove.
