The other two L-shaped rubber stoppers go on the bottom of the door a couple of inches from the rear. Should be a hole the same as where the one you've shown in the rear edge goes. I've probably got a picture if needed.

As for the missing holes for the round one to go into the cowl post, not all posts had them. They were absent on both my 1928 Roadster and another cowl post assembly I have (definitely original as pictured below).
