Default Re: Sun Machine serviced

I found a Penske analyzer at Hershey one year and connected it to the sun machine and use that for all my readings as the sun instruments needed a lot of work before I would trust them ,the Penske analyzer gives me dwell ,RPM hi and low ,point res,and a couple other things, really works great and has a high resolution easy to read,,I’ve checked it against my KRW 126 and it’s dead on,,
I use the krw to set the timing on the flatheads dist and use the sun for checking and the advance on distributor, works out good,,
I still use a 6 volt battery ,optima ,and keep it charged when using machine,
My flash is a little dim but at 86 I’m a little weak also!!!
