Default Re: Introduction

The Sport Sedan with the skirts was a highly prized family car in 1951. My Pop had a 6-passenger coupe until my sister was injured due to the non locking hinge front seat back during an emergency stop. She went down to the floor and the seat back came back down on her head. This was well before child seats or even seat belts were considered for safety. It scared the crap out of my mother but it didn't permanently damage my sis at least as far as I can tell. Pop traded it for a royal maroon 1951 Sport Sedan that I still own. There are a lot of memories in that car.
