Not too bad to do, if it doesn't have to exactly match the original tray. To overcome the limitations of a regular brake, I started the bends on the brake and finished by pressing the piece into a channel to bring the sides up. Not being a sheet metal lay-out guru; I made it square; then trimmed the sides and edges to make it taper to the right.

nice. somebody getting it done. i'm right behind you, i just got to finish a couple of other things first, but it's coming right up. i haven't even unbolted it yet. the top edge of your old one looks a lot like mine, all mis-shaped. thanks for the photo. it helps others to get started on this repair.
