Are 1928 coupe and pickup doors the same??

Depends….

I think the 1927 coupe doors are the same as 1928 closed cab .

28 coupe and 28 tudor sedan doors are the same. 28/9 pickup doors are the same as 26/7 Model T coupe, as Dennis says.
