Aside from searching for the correct mounting bracket for the heater switch, both heater cores that i have are bad.
All the local radiator shops have gone out of business so it is now search for a new one or find some one that can recore the one i have. |

Question on heater, I have a 36 pu with a stock water heater and 8CA 53 merc motor and 8RT water pumps. The input to the water heater I use the top outlet in the pass side of the moter The outlet of the heater goes to the 8RT pas side water pump. This side of the motor takes a long time to come up to temp and runs cooler then the diver side. (20 to 30 degress) Should I take the water inlet to the oposite side Driver side as the input to the heater to balance the flow 36fordguy

It's an after market RED HEAD brand water type std heater. Small water filled core with an electric fan blowing air thru the core
|
