Re: Resize pics using windows paint
I used "PAINT" when I had Windows 7; now I have Windows 10 with something called "PAINT-3D" and can't figure it out any more. (I think it's because I don't want to; why do they change a perfectly good product into something more complicated that's barely usable by ordinary folks?)
