All the major suppliers sell some form of "Window Seal" or "Window Setting Rubber." You size it, cut it with a razor, and close the loop with super glue. I warm the seal up before stretching it, and make it just a little tighter than I think I want to. I've had good luck with it.

I also think that there are now preformed seals, but I have no experience with those.
