1929 four door sedan

Hi A friend wants to sell his four door sedan. I think it is a 1929, but if you can see the picture you can correct me.  It is in really nice condition, not perfect but a proud driver. For some this will be a drawback.  A ford ranger 4-banger, 12-volt system, mated to an original A transmission and rearend. Everything but the engine is stock.
