I had 2 quotes from wheel manufactures and they were $500 and $900 per rim + shipping. I was able to fabricate mine for $325 each.

As for the weight I opted for a heavy duty rim hoop as well as 1/2" plate for the center. They weigh in at 135lb / assembly. I didn't have a chance to weigh my originals, but I would guess the new ones are lighter.

They are tubless as well.
