The only drawback I have found with this tool box is I can open it without the key, simply by pulling the lid toward me while standing in front of my car.

I made the lid on mine open the other way. Better or not as good - I don't know but you're right, Y-Blockhead. Having to use a key every time I want to open it is a pain.
