Default Re: My most recent acquisistion

Beautiful car! '35 and '36 Roadsters have , in my opinion, the best body ford every made! I had a lot of flack from friends and family when I talked of putting blackwall tires on my '35. I am thrilled with how it looks.... I think it makes it looks more like a real car rather then looking ready for a parade. Though I can agree that on a darker body color the whitewalls can look nice and not as much of a distraction to the lines and more yet they can look good on a '36 with the convex fenders.

What are the springs you are replacing? I like mine sitting a tad lower but it has very worn out springs and leans a bit to the one side... Maybe I could give your old ones a new home?
I'd like to swap to the grease fitting type '36 springs anyways.

This is a 1968 spruce up job on my car and is showing its age pretty good. I've gradually been picking away at details as a full redo isn't really in my budget unfortunately right now.
