Here is a Delco that is in my 32K 5 window. Nothing on the face but does say Delco on the rear. It has a black case as stated in the Rehor book.

Here is mine in France. I sent you an email of another.It has KPH at the bottom.Mine does not.Sent also to your email a pic one in a 34 Cabriolet near me and its a Jaeger with Ford script but no KPH.The trip is on top and odo below.

Would this be a be a Delco with a broken needle?
It came in an unrestored USA 32 Sedan and is fairly accurate.
