Perhaps if those who liked the site would have posted there, it would still be there.

Easier said than done. It's a self-perpetuating thing. I tried consciously to go there and contribute what and when I could, but after seeming weeks of no activity, I found I hadn't been there in weeks (or months) myself. It's a lose, that's for sure.

To those who have been around longer and may be in the know : Should anything be done to save the information on the "Tech Site", or is it in good hands?

Do you have the full web address saved? Have you looked for it here? - http://archive.org/web/

I also hate to see the site shut down, as friend Bill Bentley put a lot of time and effort keeping it going for many years, and as did Carl the last few. Activity has been on the decline for some time, but slowed considerably the last year or so, and like tubman, found myself loosing interest for days/weeks at a time.

I do hope the valuable Techno Source site stays up and available, but I have no idea what's involved to accomplish that.
