Thanks, well the 5qt is of you have an oil filter. If not it's only 4qts

That is NOT correct! It is 5 qts period. This has also been gone over many time in previous threads if you are interested in reading up on it.

Okay so I did the 5qt as you mentioned and it's about a 1/4th past the full mark. I'm a little nervous about that.
