I don't mean to hijack the OP's thread, but what I did for my tail and stop lights is I installed 6V LEDs that are dual brightness. Very bright for brakes and somewhat dimmer for tail lights. They fit in the stock lamp housing and work great. I got them from rswhitmore, a Ford Barner. His email is [email protected]. He's a good guy and knows his stuff.

I also installed a third brake red led bar in my rear window. It's called the BrakeLighter. It is made by this company. www.jandlenterprise.com › products
