Using distilled water and pump lube, what do you use for rust prevention?

I use Prestone Super Radiator ANTI-RUST with distilled water. It doesn't
mention any lubricating qualities but it does say that it can be added,
and is compatible with conventional and Dex-Cool antifreezes.
