I have 1940 Merc tudor sedan out of Oklahoma that I was going to make a rat-rod out of. The frame # is 99A which designates 1939 but Henry didn't throw away parts so my guess is that it was an early production 40 using a 39 frame. I believe they are the same anyway. It has the ogiginal motor in it. It ran when I put it in storage and it still has antifreeze in it so should be in good rebuildable shape. The catch is that you would have to purchase the whole car for $4500. It is located in the Seattle area if you are interested. It does not have a title.
