1332, haha i am sure you could make that socket! And I just pulled 77/192out of thin air!
But the burning question is, on a 7-pt socket, you measure from where to where? haha LOL
Not horribly different than a 5-pt hydrant wrench ?

It would be the diameter tangent to the flats.
