Default Re: Rumble seat fatalities????

Come to think of it,I've never ridden in a rumble seat.I've owned 3 or 4,but I can't remember riding in one.I have two dogs that ride in it,but only one can fit in it at a time.I can remember when I was little having to do a chin-up to see over the dash rail.I usually rode standing up,looking through a windshield that one of my uncles made out of a peice of glass they brought home from the dump.

I gotta ride in my own rumble one day soon too.

Had car on road for 3 years.

Did the same when I restored a BSA with sidecar, took everyone else for a ride , but never got one myself before I sold it .

This ride is on the bucket list.

I have the aviator's leather helmet and goggles ready.
