I am making 1933-34 Ford fender bead with wire edge as a repair panel. I make them straight as of now, so the end user can trim, cut, shrink or stretch to fit his or her application. I trimmed one to demonstrate what a section could look like after being shrunk or stretched. They are made from 19 ga. steel , and 1/8" wire for the edge and 18 1/4" inches long. They are 40.00 each. Let me know if you should need a part made, if you can send photos and a template / sample part to be copied I can make it.... Thank you for your time. Shawn.
