Default It’s Alive (& Dry!)

Thanks to everyone for their tips earlier on my first start up. The ATV sealant and Vaseline on clamps worked as advertised. Now in process of run/torque/run/torque. I’m using an original asbestos core head gasket and am amazed how loose the nuts get after each warm session. The info I have suggests three torque sessions (35/45/55 ft lbs) but I think its going to take many more than that to get’er tight.

Suggestions on getting to the head nuts that are under the distributor body (maybe a crow-foot extension on 3/8” torque wrench)?

Thanks again everyone ...
