Hello, Thank you in advance. Recently purchased a 1962 Galaxie Sunliner Which has the following problem. There seem to be a type of subframe which the gas tank sits in (?). The tank straps actually hook in to this piece. I have found this area I am trying to describe has mostly rusted away. One good bump and the tank will be in the road.. Not finding People standing in line ready to fix this issue. Any suggestions? Can anyone give me the correct verbage for the parts I am trying to describe. Thank you.
