Shocks: Necessity or luxury?

Well, I agree my '31 Sedan drove and rode great with new springs. No problem at all, until I put new shocks on and discovered the difference. It's not exactly earth shattering but certainly it's a wow. The stability and cornering are so much better. So yes shocks are worthy of the investment.
