Default toolbags

I collect ( or try to ) toolbags/ information and tools and am trying to research the initials UTK which appear on a split rivet head on the bags. I have seen these initials on on a wrench and have had others referance them to other non automotive related items, do these initials mean anything to anyone here. Must have been a manuf. that delved ( in the least ) in auto during this time period, seen them on bags as early as 29 all the way to 34. Thanks for any leads.
